Albany man accused of hitting man with baseball bat
Marcus Dargan, 48, is accused of getting into an argument with another man at a residence on the 200 block of South Pearl Street on March 28 at around 4:20 a.m. Dargan allegedly struck the 60-year-old victim on the head with a baseball bat, police said.
An Albany man has been arrested for allegedly striking another man with a baseball bat.

Dargan allegedly struck the 60-year-old victim on the head with a baseball bat, police said.
The victim remains at Albany Medical Center for a head injury.
Dargan was charged with first-degree assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
