Reverend Kenneth Doyle passed away in 2022. The street named for him is part of Hurst Avenue and Hopewell Street.
Doyle was a pastor at the Parish of Mater Christi.
Doyle grew up in Troy and was ordained in 1966.
He retired in 2017 but continued to write a column for the Catholic News Service.
