Bennington Police investigating sexual assault

Bennington Police are investigating a sexual assault.

Police received a report on 11:30 p.m. Tuesday reporting a woman not wearing any clothes in the 900 block of Main Street. The woman had fallen and scraped her knees, according to police.

Police said she knew her attacker. They know the alleged assailant, but have not yet made contact with this person.
