Wilton Town Board approves apartments proposal to add townhomes, apartments to Wilton Mall.
The Wilton Town Board has approved a proposal to redevelop Wilton Mall to include apartments and townhomes.
The includes adding 382 new townhomes and apartments.
Developers hope to build all the apartments by the summer of 2025.
Wilton Mall posted to its Facebook page that it is “thrilled” with the town’s decision.
The mall, which still has several retail stores, has turned some vacant space into a gym, grocery store and more in recent years.
