Capital Region BOCES welcomes new administrator

Louise Bigando begins work this week as the new Director of Health Careers Services at Capital Region BOCES.

Bigando will now oversee the adult health career programs, as well as the two-year sequence of Health

Careers Program in the Career and Technical Education Center.

She will succeed longtime BOCES director and principal Paula Negri.

She spent some time as a nurse in Ulster County and has extensive experience in education.
