Chatham Brewing in Columbia County has won New York Beef Council’s annual burger competition.
After a rigorous evaluation process involving 19 individual judges sampling and scoring 33 top 10 burgers, the ultimate title has been awarded to the “Loaded Brewery Burger.”
The burger is made on a toasted sweet roll with a locally raised beef burger, white cheddar mac ‘n’ cheese, applewood bacon, and molasses BBQ.
Chatham Brewing also made the Top 10 in last year’s competition.
