Colonie Police investigated black smoke coming from JC McCashion construction on Albany Street last month, according to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
A construction company was fined after allegedly burning tires in Colonie.
Colonie Police investigated black smoke coming from JC McCashion construction on Albany Street last month, according to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
They were charged with burning prohibited items in an open fire and unlawfully disposing of solid waste.
They had to pay a $2,000 fine.
