May is Bicycle Safety Month. The Department of Motor Vehicles is reminding all road users to share the road safely and responsibly.

Bicyclists are some of the most vulnerable on the roads, the DMV said.
The agency has some safety tips – like riding with traffic, not against it, and always wearing a helmet.

Wednesday, May 8 is Walk, Bike & Roll to School Day, so drivers should be especially alert that day for kids riding their bikes to and from school.
