The Office of General Services is holding its third annual Lunar New Year Celebration on Wednesday, Feb 21 at Empire State Plaza. It is happening from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the South Concourse.

There will be art exhibits, live performances, interactive displays, activities, giveaways and food.

It is free to attend.
