Express store declares bankruptcy, but local stores in Colonie Center and Crossgates stay open.

Express is closing some of its stores.

The Columbus, Ohio clothing retailer is looking to sell of the majority of its stores.

In an announcement addressing its bankruptcy filing, the company said it planned to close 95 of its Express Retail Stores and all UpWest Stores.

There is an Express store in both Crossgates Mall and Colonie Center.

According to MarketWatch, those stores are not on the list of stores that will close.
