Mayor Frank Rossi tells NewsChannel 13 said they are working to develop a program to replace the Birdhouse Festival.
In the past, local students decorated birdhouses for people to purchase at the festival.
The program is suspended this year as there is conflict over who is in charge of the program and discrepancies in funding for the project.
