Several police departments just received more than 100 from the Classie Lassies girls’ softball team, which is based in Wynantskill.

The girls collected more than 100 stuffed animals for police departments in North Greenbush, East Greenbush, Rensselaer, and Schodack for officers to hand out to children during some tough calls.
