A man in Halfmoon has been arrested for allegedly causing property damage while driving drunk.

Michael Martiniano crashed on Plant Road April 30.

Martiniano had a blood alcohol content higher than .08%, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

He has previous DWI convictions and was driving with a suspended license, investigators said.

He is due back in Halfmoon Town Court at a later date.
