Halfmoon woman accused of driving while on drugs
A Halfmoon woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs.
Deputies stopped a vehicle traveling south on Route 50 in the town of Ballston around 7 a.m. on Monday. Erica T. Fredette, 33, had 500 milligrams of cocaine, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
In addition, investigators said her license to operate a motor vehicle was suspended for a prior offense.
Fredette was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, DWAI-drugs and moving from lane unsafely. She was arraigned in Milton Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
