Hudson man admits to drugs, weapons offenses

A Hudson man is facing 8 years in prison after admitting to possessing drugs and guns. 

Antonio McCalop, 43, was arrested back in December after investigators searched his home and found a large amount of cash, 9mm handgun, AR-style rifle and 50 grams of crack cocaine, they said.

McCalop pleaded guilty in Columbia County Court to criminal possession of a weapon in satisfaction of the charges. 

McCalop is scheduled to be sentenced on May 17. He also must forfeit $9,840 in cash from illegal activities.
