Inmate charged in assault at Washington County Jail

A woman is accused of assaulting a fellow inmate at Washington County Jail for the second time in three months.

Nicole M. Rosado, 33, injured the person June 29, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Rosado was charged with second-degree assault. She was arraigned and sent back to the jail, where she is being held on unrelated charges. She is due in Fort Edward Town Court at a later date.

Rosado was arrested in March, also for allegedly assaulting an inmate at the jail.
