Investigators: Hudson Falls woman was 3x too drunk to drive
A Hudson Falls woman is accused of driving while more than three times the legal limit for intoxication.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disabled vehicle in the middle of Route 9N near Exit 21 in the town of Lake George earlier this month.
An investigation determined that Kelly M. Lescault, 41, struck a guard rail, investigators said.
A breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.25%. The legal limit for intoxication is 0.08%.
Lescault was charged with aggravated DWI and released pending a future appearance in lake George Town Court.
