Malta woman admits to home break-in

A Malta woman pleaded guilty in connection with a home break-in last August in the village of Schuylerville.

Colleen M. Stewart, 38, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court on Monday to attempted second-degree burglary.

Stewart was one of two people arrested on Aug. 1 after investigators said they broke into a home on Church Street on the morning of July 28.

Stewart is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 14, 2025.
