More than 100 bicyclists will roll out on a 100-mile journey to raise awareness in our area this week.

The annual Ride for Missing Children is happening this Friday, Sept. 20.

The event serves as a reminder of longtime missing person cases here in the Capital Region.

Part of the group’s mission is to teach children how they can stay safe.

Matt Frear, brother of Craig Frear, stopped by NewsChannel 13 to talk about it. Craig went missing in 2004, and still hasn’t been found.
