A new deli and pizza shop is open in Slingerlands. Slingerlands Station Deli and Pizza is in the space of the former Village Deli.

New owners Patrick and Christine Hall have brought in Chef Ben Ambrosio to run the kitchen. They said he is following Italian traditions, but with a few twists. 

“The Station” is located on the Albany County Helderberg Rail Trail.

The deli also has a variety of sandwiches, subs, salads and wings.

People can enjoy chicken parm, sausage and peppers and baked ziti for dinner.
