Police: Albany man had crack, heroin on him
A man from Albany is accused of having crack cocaine and heroin. Albany Police stopped Daquan Stewart on foot near Lexington and Washington avenues around 6 p.m. Tuesday evening, they said.

Albany Police stopped Daquan Stewart on foot near Lexington and Washington avenues around 6 p.m. Tuesday evening, investigators said.
Stewart had the drugs on him, they said. He was arraigned and is released under the supervision of probation.
