Police: Ballston Spa man stole over $9,000 from Home Depot

A Ballston Spa man is accused of stealing more than $9,200 worth of merchandise from Home Depot in Wilton.

John F. Russo III, 44, allegedly took the items during multiple visits between October 2023 and January 2024, State Police said.

Russo was picked up last week and charged with felony grand larceny and misdemeanor petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Wilton Town Court on March 19.
