Police: Baltimore pair had counterfeit products during traffic stop in Ballston Spa

Two Baltimore residents were arrested in Saratoga County last week, accused of possessing counterfeit merchandise.

State Police troopers saw a vehicle on Route 50 in the village of Ballston Spa on July 1. Cornelia Constantin, 31, was rushing to get inside that vehicle, they said.

The driver, Aron Miclescu, 36, took off and broke traffic laws, police said.

Troopers found multiple counterfeit products in the vehicle. All the items were seized.

Both suspects were released on appearance tickets and due in Ballston Spa Village Court on July 15.
