A Johnstown man is accused of stealing a minibike.

Joel L. Thomas, 23, allegedly took a Coleman minibike from the town of Mohawk. Police tracked down the missing vehicle and found it in the city of Gloversville, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.

Thomas allegedly sold the bike to another party, according to investigators.

He was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny and released. He is due back in Mohawk Town Court at a later date.
