Police: Malta sex offender didn’t report address change

A Malta sex offender was arrested Tuesday for allegedly failing to report an address change.

Thomas M. Allen, 36, did not register his new address within 10 days as required by law, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.

Allen was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent without bail to Saratoga County Jail.
