Police: Man drove drunk, hit parked cars

A man is accused of driving drunk and crashing into two parked cars early Friday morning.

Albany Police responded to the 400 block of Second Avenue just after 3 a.m. for a crash. James Talley, 45, allegedly struck the cars and then left the scene on foot. Officers arrested him and charged him with DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, criminal mischief and aggravated unlicensed operation. He had a minor injury and was treated at Albany Medical Center.

Talley was released on an appearance ticket.
