Police: Montgomery County woman stole from garage

A Montgomery County woman is accused of stealing from a person’s garage.

Crystal L. Berry, 39, of St. Johnsville, allegedly entered the garage in that town and stole property. Police said she knew the victim but did not disclose what was taken.

Berry was charged with burglary and petit larceny. She was arraigned in Palatine Town Court and released on her own recognizance.

Berry is scheduled to appear in St. Johnsville Town Court at a later date.
