Police: Saratoga Springs man drove while impaired by drugs

A Saratoga Springs man is accused of driving under the influence of drugs.

Nicholas J. Towers, 20, was stopped by police on Blind Rock Road in Queensbury for a traffic violation. The officer determined that Towers was impaired by drugs, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Towers was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs and vehicle and traffic violations. He was released on appearance ticket in due in Queensbury Town Court at a later date.
