Police: Three evicted tenants returned to Clifton Park apartment

Three Clifton Park residents have been arrested after police said they returned to an apartment from which they had been evicted.

Ibrahim M. Abu Al-Roub and Omr R. Abuzahrieh, who are both 27, and Ali R. Abuzahrieh, 24, are accused of reentering the apartment without consent or authorization, State Police said.

All three were charged with misdemeanor trespassing. They were issued appearance tickets and released. They are due in Clifton Park Town Court on Wednesday.
