Police: Washington County woman rammed car with vehicle while drunk

A Washington County woman is accused of intentionally ramming her car into another vehicle while drunk.
Kimberly A. Outen, 48, of Easton allegedly struck another vehicle during a domestic dispute on Sunday, Feb. 25 at around 3:15 a.m.
Outen was arrested and charged with criminal mischief, driving while intoxicated and aggravated harassment, State Police said.
Outen allegedly refused to provide a sample to determine the blood alcohol content of her blood. She was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and released on her own recognizance.
