State leaders are looking to provide high-speed internet to every New Yorker. Empire State Development has launched the ConnectALL county partnership program.
It will use state funding to address parts of New York that do not have reliable access to internet.
It’s all part of Gov. Kathy Hochul’s ConnectALL Initiative, which has already used more than $1 billion to improve internet infrastructure in New York state.
