The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York is getting a major renovation.

Assemblymember Phil Steck showcased all the project updates at the location in Latham on Friday.

Steck helped secure a $500,000 grant last year for the not-for-profit organization to renovate its kitchen and refrigerated receiving dock, as well as purchase outside signage.

The Regional Food Bank is celebrating 17 years of giving back to the neighborhood.
