Rensselaer County to hold drug take-back

National Drug Prescription Take-Back Day will be held on Saturday, Oct. 26.

In Rensselaer County, people can safely dispose of medications at the following locations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.:

  • East Greenbush Police Department: 225 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer
  • Hoosick Falls Police Department: 24 Main St., Hoosick Falls
  • North Greenbush Police Department: 133 Bloomingrove Drive, Troy
  • Rensselaer Police Department: North End Fire House, 2 St. Francis Place, Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office: 3697 Route 43, West Sand Lake
  • Troy Police Department: 55 State St., Troy
