A retired Saratoga Springs police officer is having some of her work showcased at the National Law Enforcement Museum.
Officer Jacqueline Abodeely worked with State Park Police in Saratoga Springs for 15 years.
While her main focus was serving her community, she also dabbled in photography. It was a skill she had developed as young as 12-years old.
After retiring because of an on-duty injury, Abodeely turned to art.
Now that artwork is going to be featured in a new exhibit in Washington, D.C. titled “Officers as Artists: The Creative Expression of Those Who Serve”.
Congratulations to Abodeely, and all the officers who are featured.
