Saratoga County man accused of failing to register as a sex offender

A Saratoga County man is accused of failing to register as a sex offender.

Steven D. Thomas, 32, of Milton, allegedly did not report an address change within 10 days, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Thomas was issued an appearance ticket and sent to Saratoga County Jail. He is being held there on a separate matter.
