Saratoga Springs man admits to possessing child pornography
A Saratoga Springs man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.
Christopher Barry, 42, admitted in U.S. District Court on Wednesday that between June 2021 and January 2022, he received child pornography, including images of prepubescent minors, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said. He also had two phones that contained child pornography.
Barry is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 27. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
