Saratoga Springs man accused of drug possession

A Saratoga Springs man is facing drug charges.
Scott D. Retell, 43, allegedly possessed a narcotic drug with the intent to sell it, and possessing a narcotic drug with an aggregate weight of 1/8 ounce or more, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said.
Retell was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and sent without to Saratoga County Jail without bail.
