Saratoga Springs man accused of having fentanyl, crack
A Saratoga Springs man is facing a lengthy list of drug charges after a search of his home.
Police went to East Harrison Street on Tuesday afternoon around 4:45 p.m., after several residents complained about suspicious activity. That includes pedestrian and vehicle traffic at all hours, police said.
Investigators arrested 39-year-old Michael Rosebrook. He allegedly had fentanyl and crack cocaine.
Rosebrook is facing two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance on or near school grounds and three felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is also charged with tampering with physical evidence and criminal nuisance.
Rosebrook was also arrested in June. The disposition of that case is still pending.
