Sentencing delayed for man who stole guns from Washington County store

Sentencing has been delayed for the man who admitted to breaking into and stealing guns from a Washington County store.

Jonathan Combs pleaded guilty in April 2023 to stealing 32 firearms from Calamity Jane’s in Kingsbury and using them for drug trafficking.

Surveillance video showed him shoving a 12-gauge shotgun down his pants.

Combs’ sentencing has been rescheduled for Aug. 28 at 10 a.m. He faces life in prison and a fine.

Combs is one of five people charged in the burglary.
