The program is called “Connect All” and it’s part of Gov. Hochul’s effort to bring universal broadband access to New York.

Around $644 million from the federal government is going towards this program.

“Connect All” has identified more than 69,000 locations that are eligible for high-speed internet access.
Applications can be submitted on https://broadband.ny.gov. The deadline is February 7.
