Tattoo convention to hit Albany Capital Center this weekend

The Dead Man’s Hand Tattoo Expo is taking place at the Albany Capital Center.
It will be a single-elimination tournament tattoo tournament. The winner of the bracket-style competition will be picked with the help of the audience.
It is happening Friday through Sunday, October 25 through Oct. 27.
