Three arrested after Queensbury traffic stop

Three people were arrested after a traffic stop in Warren County.

Sheriff’s deputies stopped Joshua B. Graves, 39, of Hudson Falls, on Sept. 24 on Corinth Road in Queensbury for having a suspended driver’s license, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said.

They saw drug paraphernalia and a substance resembling crack cocaine in the vehicle.

Graves had almost an ounce of cocaine and his passenger, Billie Jo Parker, 49, of Queensbury, had around 100 grams of crack, police said. Deputies also seized more than $2,600 in cash from the vehicle.

A search of Parker’s residence found another 100 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Another passenger, Jacqueline A. Rock, 34, of Queensbury had an outstanding warrant out of Moreau.

Graves was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and criminal possession of a controlled substance and Parker was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. More charges are pending.

Graves was released on bail. Parker was released on her own recognizance.
