A Troy man was arrested Tuesday on drug charges.

Police searched a home on 6^th Avenue between Glen Avenue and Swift Street as part of an ongoing drug investigation.

A suspect, Arnold O. Monroe, 65, was found. He had crack cocaine and heroin, Troy Police said.

Monroe was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in Troy City Court and sent to Rensselaer County Jail.
