Troy Police investigate shots fired reportT
Troy Police investigate a shooting that took place near 6th Avenue and 103rd Street around 4 p.m.
Troy Police are investigating a report of shots fired early Tuesday morning.
The incident took place at around 1:15 a.m. on Mann Avenue near Francis Street. The victim then crashed his car and was located by police running from the crash, police said.
The suspect left the scene before police arrived.
