Troy’s new mayor to deliver State of the City on Wednesday
Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello will deliver her first State of the CIty address on Wednesday.
Troy Mayor Carmella Mantello will be addressing the city Wednesday.
This will be the mayor’s first State of the City address after winning the position last November.
She is the first female mayor in Troy’s history.
The address will be at 7 p.m. at the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall.
