An event at the Unity House on Friday raised awareness for crime victims’ rights.

“How Would You Help” gives support for victims and survivors impacted by gun and domestic violence.

It was an opportunity to share resources with the community.

There were several guest speakers, including members of the East Greenbush Police Department and the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office.

Unity House is a free service which provides support and housing for domestic violence survivors and victims.
