Warren County man accused of trying to abduct person from Ohio

A Warren County man has been arrested in connection with an attempted abduction in Ohio.

James E. Murphy, 41, of Thurman, was picked up on an arrest warrant from the city of Ashtabula.

Murphy was charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was arraigned in Warren County Centralized Arraignment Court and sent to Warren County Jail pending extradition to the state of Ohio.
