Registration is open in Warren County to drop off hazardous waste around your house.

County residents can sign up to drop off materials like antifreeze, pesticides, gasoline, cleaners and other products at no cost.

The event is taking place on Saturday, May 11 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Queensbury Highway Department.

The county does not accept motor oil, batteries, asbestos, pharmaceuticals, tires or infectious waste.

Registration is required.
