Waterford man gets 3 years for drug trafficking

A Waterford man was sentenced on Tuesday to 3 years in prison for trafficking large quantities of methamphetamine throughout Saratoga County.

Michael J. Scensny, 34, was arrested last October after a lengthy investigation by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office and Saratoga Springs Police Department.

Scensny pleaded guilty in February to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.

He also must serve 1 ½ years of post-release supervision.
