Woman arrested during Saratoga Springs city council meetng
A woman was arrested for the second time for disrupting a Saratoga Springs City Council meeting.
The woman refused to give up the microphone and told the mayor to shut up before she was removed.
She was arrested last year for gauging with then-Mayor Ron Kim during a meeting.
Mayor John Safford told the Times Union that this is part of a trend of disruptions at meetings and officials want to reach out to the state for help to maintain civility.
